A very delicate smell. A very elegant, subtle and refined wine, long and rich in the mouth.

60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir.

Produced exclusively form the Premier Cru vineyards in Hautvillers, the oldest vineyards belonging to the firm, with a low output, lying halfway up the chalk hillsides.

Aged for 4 years in the cellars.

Presented in a dark and elegant bottle engraved with the coat of arms of the Abbey and Hautvillers.

Available in standard bottle, magnum and jeroboam.
