Very round and well-balanced, supple and harmonious in taste, finesse without being weak or aggressive.

50% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Noir, 25% Pinot Meunier.

Origin: Premier Crus mainly from Hautvillers, but also from Cumières and Dizy.
Aged for 3 years in the cellars.

Available in standard bottle, magnum, jeroboam and mathusalem.

Dosage (Sugar): 7 - 8 g/l
